| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨预存自体输血在脊柱侧弯矫正术中的应用价值。方法：18例行脊柱侧弯后路矫正术病人分为两组。均在全麻后行手术，A组术中输库存血，作为对照组。B组术中使用预存自体输血，作为研究组。结果：两组脊柱侧弯后路矫正术病人术中皆输入库存血，但输入的库存血量相差大，术中预存自体输血及输库存血皆未出现输血并发症。结论：在脊柱侧弯后路矫正术中应用预存自体血液回输措施可有效减少输入库存血，降低住院费用，可安全应用于临床。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the application of predeposited autologous blood in scoliosis orthopaetic operation.Methods:Eighteen cases of scoliosis correctic operations were divided into two groups,The A group(control group) received blood bank blood for tranefusion,and the B group(study group)received predeposited autologous blood transfusion.Rsults:The two groups all required banked blood transfusion.but the amount of blood transfused was different.The predeposited autologous blood transfusion in scloiosis operations did nost give any complications.Conclusion:Predeposited autologous blood transfusion thchnique could decrease the amount homologous blood transfusion needed in scoliosis operation and could be used safely. |
