| 摘 要： | 骨形态发生蛋白7(BMP-7)是转化生长因子β超家族成员,参与器官发生,细胞增殖、分化及凋亡等,尤其对维持肾脏正常结构和功能有重要意义。本文就BMP-7分子结构及信号转导机制,其在肾脏发育和肾脏保护中的作用及可能机制等方面进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Bone Morphogenetic Protein 7(BMP7)is a member of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)superfamily,which controls organogenesis,cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis and especially has great significance in maintaining the normal structure and function of kidney.This article reviews BMP-7 about its structure,signal transduction mechanism and its effect and possible mechanism.in renal development and protection. |
