川产赶黄草不同部位的槲皮素含量比较

摘    要:目的:测定川产赶黄草不同部位(花和果实、茎、叶、枝)的槲皮素含量,为其综合开发利用提供参考。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对5批川产赶黄草不同部位中的槲皮素进行含量测定并比较。结果:川产赶黄草中不同部位的含量差别较大,槲皮素含量最高的是花和果实,其次是叶、枝和茎。结论:建议将其药用部位(花和果实、叶、枝、茎)分开,为提高疗效和合理开发利用川产赶黄草药材资源提供科学依据。

Abstract:This study was aimed to determinate the content of quercetin from different parts (such as flowers, fruits, stems, leaves and branches) of Penthorum chinense Pursh. from Sichuan province so as to offer reference for the comprehensivedeve lopment and utilization of P. chinense Pursh. The quantitative determination of quercetin from five groups of different parts of P. chinense Pursh. were carried out and put into comparison by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The results showed that there were larger differences of content among different parts. The highest content of the medical parts were flowers and fruits, which was followed by the leaves, stems and branches. It was concluded that different parts (such as flowers, fruits, stems, leaves and branches) of P. chinense Pursh. from Sichuan province should be divided in the clinical and productive practice, which was to supply the scientific basis for enhancing the curative effect and reasonable exploitation and utilization of the resource of P. chinense Pursh.
