摘    要:近年来,随着免疫功能下降人群的不断增多,细菌/真菌感染率大幅上升,伴随耐药现象的出现,临床可供选择的抗菌药物越来越有限。黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi为唇形科黄芩属多年生草本,黄芩及其有效成分具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗菌等多重药理作用,尤其显著的抗细菌抗真菌活性对于治疗日渐增多的耐药性细菌/真菌感染有重要意义。该文结合国内外对黄芩及其有效成分的研究,对近年来其抗菌作用及机制研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:In recent years, with the constant increase in the population with hypoimmunity, bacterial and fungal infections have been increasing. Due to the drug resistance, clinically optional anti-bacterial and antifungal medicines become increasingly limited. Scutellaria baicalensis, a species of perennial herbaceous plant of scutellaria genus of lamiaceae family, and its effective components have multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anti-microbial. Especially, its remarkable antibacterial and antifungal activities are of great significance to treat the increasing number of cases with drug-fast bacterial and antifungal infections. In this paper, the authors summarized the advance in studies on antibacterial and antifungal effects and mechanisms in recent years on the basis of the domestic and foreign studies on S. baicalensis and its effective ingredients.
