己糖激酶1在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床价值

目的]研究己糖激酶1（HXK1）在食管鳞癌中的表达及临床价值。方法]应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术检测132例食管鳞癌组织中HXK1的表达,并分析其阳性表达与临床病理参数以及预后之间的关系。结果]HXK1在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为71.2%（94/132）,统计学分析显示HXK1的表达在有无淋巴结转移（P=0.01）,不同TNM分期（P=0.001）以及不同组织分化程度（P=0.033）下差异有统计学意义。生存分析显示HXK1阳性表达患者预后劣于HXK1阴性表达患者（P〈0.001）,且是评估食管癌患者的独立预后因素之一。结论]HXK1可能在食管鳞癌的发生和发展过程中发挥了重要作用,是评估食管癌患者预后的重要指标之一。

Expression of Hexokinase 1 (HXK1) in Esophageal Squamous Cell Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

Purpose] To investigate the expression of hexokinase I（HXK1） in esophageal squamous cell cancer （ESCC） and its clinical significance. Methods] Expression of HXK1 in 132 cases with ESCC were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. The relationship of positive expression of HXK1 with clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis was analyzed. Results] The positive expression rate of HXK1 was 71.2% in ESCC. The expression of HXK1 was significantly different in patients with or without lymph metastasis （P=0.01）,and in patients with different TNM stages （P=0.001） or with different grades （P=0.033）. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with HXK1 positive expression had a shorter survival than that with HXK1 negative expression（P〈0.001 ）. Conclusion] HXK1 might play an impor- tant role in carcinogenesis of ESCC ,and might be one of the markers for evaluating prognosis of ESCC.
