| 摘 要： | 目的评价宫颈环形电切术（loop electrosurgical excision procedure，LEEP）治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变（cervical intra epithelial neoplasia，CIN）的治疗效果。方法应用宫颈环形电切术对69例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者进行治疗，并对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果宫颈环形电切术手术时间平均为（7．2±2．1）min，术中出血量平均为（12．45±5．26）ml，6个月的治愈率为96．77％，病变持续存在率3．23％，术后1年复发1例，术后无严重并发症。结论宫颈环形电切术用于治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变操作简单、安全、手术成功率高、疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect on loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） treated for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）. Methods The data of 69 cases with CIN performed by LEEP were reviewed and analyzed prospectively. Results Treatment was completed in （7.2 ± 2. 1 ） minutes, the average amount of bleeding was （ 12.45 ±5.26） ml. The rate of cure was 96. 77% in half - year and 79.49% in 1 year respectively and no complications occurred after the treatment. Conclusion LEEP is simple and safe method for treatment of cervical lesion, especially for CIN. |
