摘    要:
目的 观察正畸施力初经弱激光照射和无弱激光照射的各组大鼠牙髓组织中P物质免疫反应的变化,探讨弱激光照射能否影响正畸施力初期牙髓组织中的P物质表达.方法 利用免疫组织化学ABC染色,结合图像分析,测定28只大鼠在正畸施力初3 h、6 h、12 h、24 h和72 h各组的实验侧(弱激光照射侧)和对照侧(无弱激光照射侧)牙髓组织中P物质免疫反应.结果 实验侧牙髓组织中P物质免疫反应低于对照侧,以12 h和24 h组显著.结论 弱激光照射可以影响正畸施力初牙髓组织的P物质表达.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the immunoreaction of the substance P in pulp at the initial stage of orthodontic force with or without low-power laser irradiation.Methods Twenty-eight rats were randomly divided into seven groups:which were irradiated by low-power laser for 0 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h,respectively.The lower laser irritation was used on the buccal side of the upper left first molar and the non-lower laser irritation on the right side.The immunohistochemical staining and image analysis were applied to evaluate substance P immunoreaction in pulp.Results The substance P immunoreaction in pulp were significant lower on the experimental side in 12 h and 24 h groups.Conclusion The low-power laser irradiation can affect the substance P expression in pulp in beginning of orthodontic force.
