| 祛浊通腑化瘀益肾治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:观察祛浊通腑化瘀益肾治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:60例CRF病人随机分为祛浊通腑化瘀益肾中药组(治疗组)30例和至灵胶囊组(对照组)30例,疗程60天。结果:治疗组治疗前后比较:临床症状积分、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);对照组治疗前后比较:临床症状积分、Scr、BUN、LDL-C有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较:临床症状积分、Scr、BUN、Hb、Alb、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:祛浊通腑化瘀益肾治疗可改善CRF病人的临床症状及肾功能。 |
