摘    要:
目的观察低分子肝素和降纤酶联合应用对未溶栓急性心肌梗死(AMI)的疗效及安全性。方法将69例无尿激酶溶栓适应证的AMI病人随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和治疗组。治疗组在AMI常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素和降纤酶。结果胸痛缓解率和ST段改善有效率两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后及两组间治疗后心功能比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组用药期间未见明显毒副作用。结论低分子肝素和降纤酶联合应用改善AMI病人的心功能和ST段等指标明显优于常规治疗组。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the efficiency and safety of Low Molecular Heparin and Defibrase on patients with acute myocandial infarction but without thrombolytic therapy.Methods totally 69 patients with acute myocardial infarction,who have no indication of thrombolytic therapy with urokinase,were randomly divided into two groups. The conventional treatment group(control group) and the treatment group.Besides conventional treatment of acute myocandial infarction,the patients were treated with Low Molecular Heparin and Defibrase in treatment group.Results The thoracodynia remission rate and the difference of electrocardiogram ST-T after treatment between the two groups was significant (P <0.05).The cardiac function improved obviously after treatment in both groups and the difference between groups is very significant (P <0.01).There was no obvious side effect in treatment group.Conclusions The efficiency of the the treatment group is much better than that of control group on improving cardiac function and electrocardiogram ST-T of patiens with acute myocardial infarction but without thrombolytic therapy.[
