摘 要: | 目的:探讨血清分离胶与肝素锂血浆真空采血管采集分离的血标本对急诊生化检验结果的影响。方法选择哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2013年12月—2014年12月收治的300例急诊患者,分别对上述患者的肝素抗凝血浆及血清分离胶分离血清进行急诊生化指标检测,包括氯( Cl-)、钠( Na+)、钾( K+)、钙( Ca2+)、锰( Mg2+)、葡萄糖(Glu)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素(Bun)、血清碳酸氢盐(HCO3-)、肌酸激酶(CK)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清淀粉酶(AMS)、血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)15项,反复测量3次取平均值并进行比较。结果肝素抗凝血浆与血清分离胶分离血清比较,仅K+、Glu检测值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余13项指标检测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用肝素锂抗凝血浆行急诊生化指标检测快捷、方便、准确,代替常规血清有一定的可行性。

Effect of Serum Separating Gel and Heparin Lithium Plasma Using Blood Samples Collected by Vacuum Tubes on Results of the Emergency Biochemical Test |

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of serum separating gel and Heparin Lithium using blood samples collected by vacuum tubes on results of the emergency biochemical tests. Methods A total of 300 emergency patients ad-mitted during December 2013 and December 2014 were recruited in this study. The 15 emergency biochemical indexes in-cluding Cl-, Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, glucose ( Glu) , creatinine ( Cr) , blood urea nitrogen ( Bun) , HCO3 , creatine ki-nase ( CK) , alanine transarninase ( ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) , lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) , serum am-ylase ( AMS) and cholinesterase ( CHE) were detected using the Heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum separating gel re-spectively for 3 times, and then the average values were calculated and compared. Results There were no significant differences in the values of Na+, Cl-, Mg2+,Ca2+, Cr, Bun, HCO3, CK,ALT, AST, LDH, AMS and CHE (P>0. 05);while there were significant differences in K+ and Glu values between the Heparin anticoagulant plasma and serum separa-ting gel methods (P<0. 05). Conclusion The Heparin Lithium anticoagulant plasma in application of emergency detec-tion for biochemical indexes is fast, convenient and accurate, as well as feasible to replace conventional serum. |
