香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔注药治疗肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液的meta分析

目的 系统评价香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔注药治疗肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液的有效性及安全性.方法 计算机检索PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库从建库至2015年10月发表的香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔注药治疗肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液的随机对照研究(RCT)文献,对纳入文献质量进行分析后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析.结果 纳入10个RCT,共621例患者.meta分析结果 显示,与顺铂组相比,香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔注药(联合组)可显著提高肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液患者的总有效率和生活质量改善率(P<0.01),不显著增加胃肠道反应发生率和白细胞减少发生率(P>0.05).结论 香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔注药治疗肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液临床疗效好,安全性高.

Lentinan Combined with Cisplatin in Intrapleural Injection of Lung Cancer Patients with Malignant Pleural Ef-fusion:a meta-Analysis

Objective To systematically review the effect and safety of Lentinan combined with Cisplatin in in-trapleural injection of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion. Methods The randomized controlled trials ( RCTs) about Lentinan combined with Cisplatin in intrapleural injection of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural ef-fusion were searched from PubMed, CNKI, WanFang and VIP data databases during the databases establishment and Oc-tober 2015. The meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5. 3 software after analyzing quality of the included studies. Results A total of 10 RCTs involving 621 patients were finally included. The meta-analysis showed that the total effec-tive rate and improvement rate of life quality were significantly improved (P<0. 01), but the incidence rates of gastroin-testinal reactions and leucopenia were not significantly increased by Lentinan combined with Cisplatin compared with those by Cisplatin only in treatment of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion (P>0. 05). Conclusion Lentinan combined with Cisplatin in intrapleural injection of lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion has good curative effect and safety.
