米力农治疗慢性心衰急性加重期的疗效观察

目的观察米力农治疗慢性心衰急性加重期的疗效。方法选择慢性心衰急性加重期病例47例,随机分成治疗组24例,对照组23例,治疗组在常规抗心衰治疗基础上加用米力农,5～7 d为1个疗程,对照组采用常规抗心衰治疗,观察治疗前后患者的心功能分级、6 min步行实验、超声心动图测定左心功能指标及BNP指标。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组78%,2组6 min步行实验、EF值、BNP结果均有改善,治疗组改善更明显。结论短期使用米力农治疗慢性心衰急性加重期疗效确切,无明显副反应。

Clinical efficacy analysis of milrinone for acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of milrinone injection for treatment of acute exacerbation in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 47 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group（24 cases） and control group（23 cases）.All the patients were given conventional therapy.In addition to that,the treatment group was given milrinone through continuous infusion in micro-bump for 5 ～ 7 days.Before and after treatment,clinical symptoms,signs,cardiac functional classes,left ventricle ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVED）,BNP and 6-minute walk test of both groups were observed.Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 100% and 78% respectively.The improvement of 6minute walk test,EF,BNP were found in both groups.The treatment group surpassed the control group obviously in those indexes,among which the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Short-term application of milrinone for patients on acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure is safe and effective,without obvious side effect.
