| 摘 要： | 肿瘤是给人类生命健康带来威胁最大的疾病之一,临床中手术后多数病人预后较差,肿瘤免疫治疗因而也越来越受到人们的重视,寻找到一个合适的免疫靶点分子是众多学者研究的方向。BT-H3是共刺激分子B7超家族的最新成员,研究发现其在肿瘤的发病机制中起着重要作用,随着对其研究的不断深入,该分子有望成为肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点。 |

| Abstract: | Tumor is one of the greatest threats to human life and health.The prognosis of most postoperative patients is poor,for which tumor immunotherapy is being taken increasingly consideration as a new treatment.Therefore,to find an appropriate immune target molecule is the purpose which scholars focus on.BT-H3 is the newest member of costimulatory molecules B7 super family.Researches discovered the important role which BT-H3 plays in tumor pathogenesis.With the further studies,the molecule figures will become a new target for tumor immunotherapy. |
