轻度妊高征孕妇孕晚期抑郁症状及其与注意网络功能的关系

目的探讨轻度妊高征孕妇孕晚期抑郁症状现况及其与注意网络功能的关系。方法以47例妊娠晚期轻度妊高征孕妇为病例组,以及按年龄和孕周匹配的50名健康孕妇为对照组,采用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)和注意网络测验(ANT)测评被试抑郁症状及注意网络功能。结果妊高征孕妇抑郁症状检出率(31.9%)显著高于对照组(12.0%)(χ2=5.66,P=0.02);在控制抑郁因素对认知功能的影响后,妊高征组执行控制网络效率显著高于对照组孕妇;在控制妊高征因素对认知功能的影响后,抑郁组孕妇执行控制网络效率亦显著高于非抑郁组孕妇。结论妊娠晚期轻度妊高征孕妇抑郁症状检出率较高,妊高征和抑郁症状孕妇可能均存在执行控制网络功能的损伤。

Depressive symptoms and its relationship with attentional networks in the last trimester pregnant women with mild pregnancy-induced hypertension

Objective To study the prevalence rate of depressive symptoms and its relationship with attentional networks in the last trimester pregnant women with mild pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 47 women with mild pregnancy-induced hypertension in the last trimester pregnancy were selected as case group,and matched by age and week of pregnancy 50 normal pregnant women without mild pregnancy-induced hypertension were selected as control group.Depressive scale（CES-D） and attentional networks tests（ANT） were performed in all the subjects.Results The prevalence rate of depressive symptoms for pregnant women with mild pregnancy-induced hypertension（31.9%） was higher than those for normal pregnant women without mild pregnancy-induced hypertension（12.0%）（χ2 = 5.66,P = 0.02）;After controlling the factor of depressive symptoms,case group had a significantly greater executive control effect than those in control group,and after controlling the factor of pregnancy-induced hypertension,executive control effect of pregnant women with depressive symptoms was significantly greater than those of pregnant women without depressive symptoms.Conclusions Depressive symptoms are common among women with mild pregnancy-induced hypertension in the last trimester pregnancy.Pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension or depressive symptoms may have impairments in their executive control network of attention.
