动态急救护理模式在脑卒中重症患者急救护理中的作用

目的探讨动态急救护理模式在脑卒中重症患者急救护理中的作用。方法选择2012年2月～2013年2月来我院就诊的急性重症脑卒中患者46例为观察组,在传统急救护理模式的基础上实施动态急救护理模式;选择2011年2月～2012年1月就诊的急性重症脑卒中患者46例为对照组,采用传统急救护理模式,分析比较两组急救护理结果。结果观察组从呼救到院内治疗时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。两组Barthel指数评分急救治疗护理后均升高(P<0.01),观察组升高幅度更大(P<0.01)。结论脑卒中重症患者的急救采用动态急救护理模式能够使院前急救流程更加规范化,并能改善患者的预后。

Study on the role of dynamic emergency care model in the emergency care of critically ill patients with stroke

Objective To investigate the role of dynamic emergency care model in the emergency care of critically ill patients with stroke. Methods Forty-six patients with severe acute stroke who were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 as the observation group received dynamic emergency care model on the basic of the traditional emergency care model. The other 46 cases of severe acute stroke patients who were selected from February 2011 to January 2012 as the control group received the tradi- tional emergency care model. The emergency care results were compared. Results The treatment time and length of stay of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the patients in the control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. Barthel index of the patients in both groups increased after treatment, while the increasing degree of observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion In emergency care of critically ill patients with stroke, using dynamic emergency care model can standardize the pre-hospital emergency process and improve the patients＇ prognosis.
