小剂量环孢素A联合小剂量雄激素治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效研究

目的:观察小剂量环孢素联合小剂量雄激素(康力龙)治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取本院慢性再障患者45例并随机分为小剂量组(小量组)21例和标准剂量组(标量组)24例,小量组给予小剂量环孢素A(CsA)3 mg.kg-1.d-1,小剂量康力龙6 mg/d;标量组给予CsA 5 mg.kg-1.d-1,康力龙12 mg/d。疗程至少3个月。结果:经治疗后小量组总有效率80.1%,标量组总有效率83.3%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);小量组、标量组副作用发生率分别为38.1%和50%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血象变化经分别比较差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量CsA(3 mg.kg-1.d-1)联合小剂量雄激素(6 mg/d)治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血有效,并且其疗效跟给予CsA 5 mg.kg-1.d-1,雄激素12 mg/d的疗效相同,且有较小的副作用。

The efficacy of low-dose cyclosporine A and low-dose androgen on chronic aplastic anemia

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the low-dose cyclosporine A combined with low-dose androgen treatment on aplastic anemia.Methods: 45 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients of our hospital were randomly divided into low-dose group and standard-dose group.The low-dose group was treated with CsA 3 mg·kg-1·d-1 and Stanozolol 6 mg/d,and the standard-dose group was treated with CsA 5 mg·kg-1·d-1 and Stanozolol 12 mg/d.The duration were at least 3 months.Results: The overall effective rate of the low-dose group was 80.1%,83.3% for the standard-dose group.Two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05).The side-effect incidence rates of low-dose group and standard-dose group were 38.1% and 50% respectively.Two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).There was great statistical significance(P<0.05) after respectively compare changes in hemogram before and after treatment of the two groups.Conclusion: The combination of low-dose CsA(3 mg·kg-1·d-1) and low-dose androgen(6 mg/d) was effective to chronic aplastic anemia.The curative effect of the low-dose CsA combined androgen was same to that of standard-dose,but has less side-effect incidence rate.
