| 摘 要： | 目的观察车前五仁汤治疗气血两虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法 将112例气血两虚型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（各56例）,分别服用车前五仁汤和麻仁丸,疗程2周。结果治疗组总有效率为98．2％,对照组为94．6％（P〈0．05）;治疗组在排便间隔、便质干结、排便困难3项主要症状起效时间上及排便困难恢复时间上均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论车前五仁汤治疗气血两虚型便秘具有较好的临床疗效,能明显改善排便状态。
