脂肪肝患者生活方式的护理干预及效果评价

目的探讨护理干预对脂肪肝患者生活方式的影响。方法对58例脂肪肝患者进行评估,有针对性地实施护理干预,3个月后进行效果评价。结果58例脂肪肝患者干预前饮食控制和运动不合格者分别占91.38%和82.76%,高热量与高脂肪的摄入分别占100.00%和90.57%;干预后饮食控制和运动合格患者显著增加,且高热量、高脂肪摄入减少,血脂降低,血清转氨酶降低,部分患者已戒酒。结论护理干预有利于脂肪肝患者建立健康的生活方式,改善其预后。

Study on the effect of nursing intervention on the life style in patients with fatty liver

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the life style of patients with fatty liver.Methods Fifty eight patients with fatty liver were provided with nursing interventions and assessed before and three months after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,91.38% and 82.76% of the patients were not qualified in diet control and exercise respectively.100.00% and 90.57% of them ate high-calorie and high-fat food respectively.After the intervention,the qualified rate of diet control and exercise increased obviously.The patients' blood lipid and ALT decreased significantly.Some of the patients had stopped drinking.Conclusion The nursing intervention is proved to be helpful to facilitate the patients to establish healthy life style and improve the prognosis of disease.
