| 摘 要： | 目的研究如何在高危人群中开展有效的艾滋病干预活动。方法对北京市20多家娱乐场所内提供性服务的小姐开展干预活动,在干预前后对她们的艾滋病相关知识态度行为情况进行问卷调查。结果干预前后调查对象对艾滋病的预防知识有了更加正确的认识（P〈0.01）;对自己职业的危险性有了一定的认识;与客人发生性关系时每次使用安全套的比例明显上升（P〈0.01）。结论有效的干预活动可提高高危人群对艾滋病传播途径和防治措施的认识及自我保护意识。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective ways of HIV/AIDS intervention among high risk population.Methods Intervention activities were carried out among female sex workers of over 20 entertainment places in Beijing.Questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate their AIDS related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors.Results After the intervention,the high risk population had more right knowledge of AIDS than before(P<0.01).Their awareness of danger developed.The rate of condom use in the sex trade significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion Effective intervention can raise the awareness of AIDS transmition and prevention and the consciousness of self-protection among people at high risk. |
