| 摘 要： | 对57例内膜刮出组织和宫内流出组织均未检出绒毛膜绒毛。用抗血清标记绒毛滋养层的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、人胎盘催乳素(HPL)和妊娠特异糖蛋白(SPI),结果18例被标记,37例未被标记。临床证明未被标记的37例为异位妊娠。表明用激素标记子宫内膜可提高异位妊娠的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemical demonstration of placental hormones and pregnancy specific β-1-glycoprotein of villus is a usful tool in the differentiation of normal pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy. There were 57 samples in the study. We did not find chorionic villus in all endometrium curetting or spontaneously passed tissue. Using specific antiserum we detected human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), (human) placental lactogen (HPL) and pregnancy specific β-1-glycoprotein (PSI) in the trophoblast of villus. The 18 of normal pregnancy specimens were marked with HCG, HPL and PSI. The other 37 specimens which were ectopic pregnancy were not marked. Therefore, we concluded that the use of these hormones marks in endometrium specimens significatly increased the precision of the diagnosis for the ectopic pregnancy. |
