血清降钙素原检测在细菌感染性疾病中的诊断意义

目的探讨血清降钙素原检测在细菌感染性疾病中的诊断意义。方法应用化学发光免疫法检测患者的血清降钙素原(PCT),同时与患者的白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)检测结果进行比较。结果细菌感染组患者血中PCT浓度明显升高,与病毒感染组及健康组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01),且感染越严重PCT水平明显越高;血清降钙素原诊断细菌感染的特异性96.7%(58/60)及灵敏度95.8%(69/72),均明显高于CRP及WBC计数。结论 PCT检测可快速对细菌感染进行早期诊断,且其灵敏度和特异度均明显高于传统的CRP及WBC检测。

SIGNIFICANCE OF SERUM PROCALCITONIN DETECTION IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF BAC- TERIAL INFECTION

Objective Study the significance of serum procalcitonin（PCT） detection in the diagnosis of bac- terial infection. Methods Application of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the detection of serum procalcitonin. At the same time with the patient＇s white blood cell count （WBC）, C reactive protein （CRP） detection result are com- pared. Results Serum PCT concentrations in patients with bacterial infection were significantly elevated and versus virus infection group and healthy group had significant difference （p 〈0. 01 ） ; and the more severe the infection is the level of PCT was significantly higher and higher. Serum procalcitonin in the diagnosis of bacterial infection of the spe- cificity and sensitivity of 96. 7% （58/60） 95.8% （69/72） were significantly higher than that in CRP and WBC count. Conclusion Detection of PCT can quickly denote the early diagnosis of bacterial infection, And its sensitivity and specificity were obviously higher than that of traditional CRP and WBC detection.
