| 摘 要： | 目的研究六味地黄汤对体外冲击波碎石的肾组织是否具有保护作用。方法选择90例行肾脏体外冲击波碎石的患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例在体外冲击波碎石前7天和碎石后7天每天口服六味地黄汤,对照组45例在体外冲击波碎石前7天和碎石后7天每天口服生理盐水,比较碎石后治疗组和对照组尿液中的β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)和γ-谷氨酰胺转移酶(γ-GT)的水平。结果治疗组尿液中的β2-MG和γ-GT的水平在碎石后即刻、第一天、第三天、第七天均低于对照组同期尿液中的β2-MG和γ-GT的水平,有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论六味地黄汤可以减轻体外冲击波碎石引起的肾小球和肾小管的损伤,保护肾脏的组织和功能。 |

THE PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF LIUWEI DIHUANG DECOCTION ON THE KIDNEY WITH EXTRACORPOREAL SHOCK WAVE LITHOTRIPSY |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the protective effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction on the kidney which undergoing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL）. Methods 90 patients with kidney extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in treatment group received Liuwei Dihuang Decoc- tion 7 days before and 7days after ESWL, 45 cases in control group received normal saline orally 7 days before and 7days after ESWL, compared the β2- microglobulin （β2 - MG） and γ- glntamyl transferase （γ- GT） level in urine in the treatment group and control group. Results The urine β2- MG and γ- GT levels in treatment group on 0, 1, 3 and 7 day after lithotripsy were significant lower than that in control group, p 〈 0.05. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Decoction could reduce the renal glomerular and tubular injury induced by ESWL and protect the kidney tissues and its function. |
