| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急诊超声在小儿肠套叠诊断中的临床价值。方法对60例疑似肠套叠的患儿行急诊超声检查,并将声像图与空气灌肠及手术结果进行对照分析。结果超声诊断肠套叠41例,排除肠套叠19例,经空气灌肠与手术证实39例,阳性诊断符合率95.2%,阴性诊断符合率100%,误诊2例。结论超声对小儿肠套叠诊断准确率高、特异性强,其安全简便成为急诊肠套叠患儿首选的影像学检查方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute children intussus- ception in emergency. Methods 60 cases of suspected acute children intussusception performing ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. Results 41 cases were detected by uhrasoun, 39 cases with intussuseeptions were finally confirmed by air enema reduction or operation, 2 cases were missed diagnosis. The accuracy rate of ultrasound in the diagnosis of children intussusception is 95.2%. Conclusion Ultrasound has the highly accuracy rate and powerful specificity in diagnosis of children intussuseeptions. It is safe and convenient, has been the preferred imaging exami- nation method in emergency. |
