IMP3、ERK2在子宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其相关性

目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子II mRNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)和细胞外信号调节激酶2(ERK2)在子宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及意义,并分析IMP3和ERK2在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达的相关性.方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测IMP3、ERK2在30例宫颈炎组织,36例轻度宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅠ)组织、52例中、重度宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅡ-Ⅲ)组织,72例宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达;用Spearman秩相关分析IMP3和ERK2在宫颈鳞癌组织中表达的相关性.结果:IMP3、ERK2在子宫颈鳞癌的表达高于CINⅠ和宫颈炎(P<0.05);IMP3、ERK2在CINⅡ-Ⅲ的表达高于CINⅠ和宫颈炎(P<0.05);IMP3在CINⅠ的表达高于宫颈炎(P<0.05);ERK2在宫颈鳞癌的表达高于CINⅡ-Ⅲ(P<0.05);IMP3、ERK2在子宫颈鳞癌的病理分级、临床分期、癌组织浸润深度及淋巴结的转移中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对宫颈鳞癌组织中IMP3、ERK2表达进行Spearman相关性分析显示,IMP3和ERK2表达呈正相关(P<0.05).结论:IMP3和ERK2在宫颈鳞癌组织中均呈高表达,且两者的表达高度相关,IMP3和ERK2可能在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用,联合检测两者有助于宫颈鳞癌的早期诊断.

Expression and correlation of IMP3 and ERK2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Objective:To explore the expression and significance of insulin-like growth factor II mRNA binding protein 3(IMP3) and extracellular signal regulated kinase 2(ERK2) in the tissue of squamous cell carcinoma.The correlation of IMP3 and ERK2 expression in the tissues of cervical squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of IMP3 and ERK2 in 30 cases of cervicitis tissues,36 cases of mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN I) tissues,52 cases moderate and severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN II-III) tissues and 72 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues.Correlation analysis of expression of IMP3 and ERK2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was made by Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results:The expression of IMP3 and ERK2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than CIN I and cervicitis(P<0.05).The expression of IMP3 and ERK2 in CIN II-III was higher than CIN I and cervicitis(P<0.05).The expression of IMP3 in CIN I was higher than cervicitis(P<0.05).The expression of ERK2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was higher than CIN II-III(P<0.05).The expression of IMP3 and ERK2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was statistically significant in the pathological grade,clinical stage,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of IMP3 and IMP3 was positively correlated with the expression of ERK2 and ERK2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion:IMP3 and ERK2 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues showed high expression,and the expression of both highly correlated,IMP3 and ERK2 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.Combined detection is helpful in the early diagnosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
