miR-586对骨肉瘤的诊断价值研究

摘    要:
目的 探讨miR-586对骨肉瘤的诊断价值,为该指标在诊断骨肉瘤的应用上提供理论依据.方法 选取接受手术治疗的35例骨肉瘤患者作为病例组,同时选取35例健康人群作为对照组.对比两组受试者的血清miR-586的检测结果;对比病例组患者骨肉瘤瘤体组织和周围正常骨组织的miR-586的检测结果;通过Pearson相关性分析检验骨肉瘤瘤体组织中miR-586表达与血清miR-586表达的相关性;通过ROC曲线分析两组受试者的血清miR-586检测结果,评估血清miR-586对骨肉瘤的诊断价值.结果 病例组miR-586的检测结果为(1.43±0.52),均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);骨肉瘤瘤体组织miR-586的检测结果为(5.38±0.31),显著高于正常骨组织miR-586的检测结果(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,骨肉瘤瘤体组织中miR-586表达与血清miR-586表达呈正相关关系(γ=0.912,P<0.05);ROC曲线分析结果显示,血清miR-586诊断骨肉瘤的曲线下面积为0.879,0.952为最佳筛查阳性界值,血清miR诊断骨肉瘤的敏感度和特异度均为85%.结论 骨肉瘤患者血清以及瘤体组织的miR-586水平显著升高,两者呈正相关的关系.血清miR-586水平的检测对临床诊断骨肉瘤有一定的参考价值.

Diagnostic Value of miR-586 in Osteosarcoma
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of miR-586 in osteosarcoma,and to provide a theoretical basis for the diagnosis of osteosarcoma. Methods 35 patients with osteosarcoma were selected as the study group. 35 healthy patients were selected as the control group. The miR-586 test results were compared between the 2 groups. The miR-586 test results were compared between the osteosarcoma tumor tissues and the surrounding normal bone tissues in the study group. The Pearson corre-lation analysis was used to examine the correlation between miR-586 expression and serum miR-586. The serum miR-586 test was analyzed by ROC curve to evaluate the value of serum miR-586 in the diagnosis of osteosarcoma. Results The results of miR-586 in patients group were (1. 43 ± 0. 52),which were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0. 05). The results of miR-586 in the osteosarcoma tumor tissue were (5. 38 ± 0. 31),which was significantly higher than that of the normal bone tissue miR-586 (P<0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression of miR-586 in osteosarcoma tumor tissue was posi-tively correlated with the expression of serum miR-586 (γ= 0. 912,P<0. 05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of serum miR-586 diagnosed osteosarcoma was 0. 879,0. 952 was the best screening positive margin. Sensitivity and spe-cificity of serum miR diagnosis for osteosarcoma both were 85%. Conclusion The serum and tumor tissue miR-586 levels in pa-tients with osteosarcoma are significantly higher than those of the control group. Detection of serum miR-586 level has a certain reference value for clinical diagnosis of osteosarcoma.
