血浆miR相关指标及Th1Th2类细胞因子与卵巢癌的关系研究

目的 探讨血浆miR相关指标及Th1Th2类细胞因子与卵巢癌的关系.方法 选取58例卵巢癌患者为观察组,同时选取同时体检健康的58例同龄者为对照组,应用定量PCR方法和ELISA法分别检测血浆miR相关指标及Th1Th2类细胞因子水平并进行比较.结果 观察组的血浆miR相关指标及Th1Th2类细胞因子水平均高于对照组,不同TNM分期及组织学分型卵巢癌患者其检测水平也存在明显差异,经Logistic分析显示上述检测指标均与卵巢癌有密切的关系.结论 血浆miR相关指标及Th1Th2类细胞因子均与卵巢癌有密切的关系,上述指标对于疾病的分期及组织学分型也有较高的的检测意义.

Study of the Relationship between Plasma miR Related Indexes,Th1Th2 Cytokines and Ovarian Cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma miR related indexes,Th1Th2 cytokines and ovarian cancer.Methods 58 patients with ovarian cancer were selected as the observation group,58 healthy patients were selected as the control group,then the plasma miR of the 2 groups were compared.Results The plasma miR related indexes and Th1Th2 cytokines levels of the observation group were all higher than the control group,the detection levels of patients with different TNM stages and histopathologic types of ovarian all had obvious differences,and logistic analysis showed that those detection indexes all had close relationship with ovarian cancer.Conclusion The plasma miR related indexes and ThlTh2 cytokines all have close relationship with ovarian cancer,and those indexes also have higher detection significance for the TNM stages and histopathologic types of disease.
