多西他赛注射液联合放疗对食管癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP的影响

目的探讨多西他赛注射液联合放疗对食管癌患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP的影响。方法选取60例非手术治疗的食管癌患者,将其随机分为实验组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。实验组采用多西他赛注射液联合放疗治疗,对照组则单纯采用放疗治疗。比较2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP含量、临床效果及不良反应。结果治疗后,2组患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP水平均下降,且实验组患者血清IL-6、IL-8及CRP水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗的总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组患者(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应比较,实验组的发生率为30.00%,对照组的发生率为33.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多西他赛注射液联合放疗治疗食管癌比单纯采用放疗治疗效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Impact of Docetaxel Injection Combined With Radiotherapy Treatment on Serum IL-6、IL-8 and CRP Levels in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

Objective To evaluate the impact of docetaxel injection combined with radiotherapy treatment on serum IL -6、IL-8 and CRP Levels in patients with esophageal cancer .Methods 60 cases of patients with esophageal cancer were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).The experimental group received do-cetaxel injection combined with radiotherapy treatment ,while the control group received radiotherapy treatment alone .Compared the changes of serum IL-6、IL-8 and CRP Levels in the 2 groups,and observed the clinical effects and adverse reactions .Results After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6、IL-8 and CRP decreased,and the levels of serum IL-6、IL-8 and CRP in the experimental group were lower than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment (93.33%) in the experimental group were higher than that of the control group (73.33%),the difference was statisti-cally significant (P<0.05);The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 30.00%,while the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 33.33%,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of docetaxel injection combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer is better ,it is worthy of clinical application .
