治疗前后口腔颌面肿瘤患者血小板和血管内皮生长因子水平比较

目的 比较治疗前后口腔颌面肿瘤患者血小板和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平.方法 选择80例口腔颌面肿瘤患者为研究对象,其中良性肿瘤65例,恶性肿瘤15例.分析比较良性和恶性口腔颌面恶性肿瘤患者治疗前后的血小板和血管内皮生长因子水平.结果 治疗前后恶性肿瘤患者的血小板计数(PLT)、血小板容积比(PCT)和血小板平均体积(MPV)均明显高于良性肿瘤患者(P<0.05),治疗前后2种性质肿瘤患者的血小板分布宽度(PDW)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).良、恶性肿瘤患者治疗后的PLT、PCT和MPV均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),PDW与治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗前后恶性肿瘤患者的VEGF水平明显高于良性肿瘤患者(P<0.05),良恶性肿瘤患者治疗后的VEGF水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05).结论 血小板尤其是PLT、PCT和MPV参数以及VEGF水平可为口腔颌面肿瘤及其性质的诊断提供一定的参考,同时也可为判断口腔颌面肿瘤治疗时机提供部分依据.但血小板和VEGF对口腔颌面肿瘤的作用机制需进一步研究.

Comparison of Platelet and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor of Oral and Maxillofacial Tumors Patients before and after Treatment

Objective To compare platelet and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) level of oral and maxillofa-cial tumors patients before and after treatment. Methods Oral and maxillofacial tumor patients (80 cases) were selected as the research objects and 65 cases were benign tumors,15 cases were malignant tumors. Results The platelet count ( PLT) ,platelet volume ratio ( PCT) and platelet average volume ( MPV) of malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than those of be-nign tumor patients before and after treatment (P<0. 05),PDW of the 2 kinds of nature tumor patients had no significant differ-ence (P>0. 05);PLT,PCT and MPV of the 2 kinds of nature tumor patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0. 05),PDW of two kinds of nature tumor patients before treatment had no significant difference with which after treatment (P>0. 05);VEGF level of malignant tumor patients were significantly higher than those of benign tumor patients before and after treatment (P<0. 05),and VEGF level of the 2 kinds of nature tumor patients after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion Platelets especially PLT,PCT and MPV parameters and VEGF levels can provide certain reference for the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors and their properties. At the same time,platelets pa-rameters and VEGF levels can also be as the basis to judge treatment opportunity of oral and maxillofacial tumors. However,fur-ther study should be carried out to study on the action mechanism of platelet and VEGF in oral and maxillofacial tumors and im-prove clinical value.
