超声造影联合超声弹性成像在肝脏良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值

目的 探讨超声造影联合超声弹性成像在肝脏良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值.方法 收取肝脏良恶性肿瘤患者88例作为研究对象进行回顾性分析,对其术前超声造影及超声弹性成像检查结果进行观察与对比,并评估2种方法单独或联合诊断的效能.结果 超声造影诊断符合率为86.46％ (83/96),超声弹性成像诊断符合率为91.67％ (88/96),超声造影联合弹性成像诊断符合率为94.79％ (91/96).超声造影联合弹性成像诊断效能高于单独诊断,但三者间差异均不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 超声造影联合超声弹性成像可提高肝脏肿瘤诊断准确率,对于良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断具有较高的应用价值.

Application Value of Ultrasound Contrast Combined with Ultrasound Elastography in Differential Diagnoses of Benign and Malignant Liver Tumor

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound contrast combined with ultrasound elastography in differential diagnoses of benign and malignant liver tumor.Methods 88 patients with benign and malignant liver tumor were retrospectively analyzed.The results of ultrasound contrast and ultrasound elastography were compared in order to evaluate the diagnosis efficiency of single or combined detection of the 2 methods.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of ultrasound contrast was 86.46％ (83/96),of ultrasound elastography was 91.67％ (88/96).The diagnostic coincidence rate of combined detection was 94.79％ (91/96),which were higher than single detection without statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound contrast combined with ultrasound elastography can improve the accuracy rate of detection,which has a good clinical value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant liver tumor.
