| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨组蛋白去甲基化酶JMJD家族中的JMJD2A在正常子宫内膜以及子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义.方法:收集临床手术标本,包括子宫内膜癌组织56例,正常子宫内膜组织20例.采用免疫组化的ElⅣisionTM法检测标本中JMJD2A抗体的表达,分析其表达水平与临床病理参数之间的关系,探讨其临床意义.结果:JMJD2A在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05),JMJD2A的表达与年龄、子宫内膜癌的组织学分级和临床病理分期无相关(P>0.05).结论:JMJD2A可能是一个与子宫内膜癌相关的癌基因,高表达提示子宫内膜癌.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression level of JMJD2A protein,a histone demethylase,in normal endometrial and endometrial carcinoma samples.Methods:The tissues were sampled from 56 women with endometrial carcinoma,20 women with normal endometrium.The expression level of JMJD2A protein in specimens collected was evaluated using the immunohistochemical method.And the relationship between its expression and clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed.Results:The expression of JMJD2A protein in the endometrial carcinoma sample was higher than that of normal endometrium(P<0.05).And no correlations were found between the expression level of JMJD2A protein and the age,the histological grade and the surgical-pathological stage of endometrial carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion:JMJD2A protein is related with the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma.JMJD2A maybe an oncogene,and endometrial carcinoma could be suggested when abnormal expression level of JMJD2A protein occurs. |
