化疗对晚期肺癌患者凝血功能的影响及临床意义

目的:观察化疗对晚期肺癌患者凝血功能的影响并探讨其临床意义.方法:选择45例晚期肺癌患者,检测其化疗前后血小板、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体,2周期化疗后评价疗效,将患者分为临床获益者和病情进展者,观察两者化疗前后血小板、纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体的变化情况,并分析其临床意义.结果:在临床获益的患者中,纤维蛋白原及D-二聚体化疗后均较化疗前下降(P<0.05),有统计学意义,血小板无明显变化(P>0.05),无统计学意义;在病情进展的患者中,化疗前后血小板、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原均无明显变化.结论:从化疗后临床获益的晚期肺癌患者中发现,化疗可以使其纤维蛋白及D-二聚体降低,有可能会减少血栓事件的发生.

Effect of chemotherapy on the coagulation function of patients with advanced lung cancer and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the effect of chemotherapy on the coagulation function of patients with advanced lung cancer and its clinical significance.Methods:45 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer to be selected to be investigated the changes of coagulation function,such as platelet,fibrinogen and D-Dimer before and after chemotherapy respectively,after 2 cycles chemotherapy,those patients were divided to patients with clinical benefit and progressive disease,and analysis of the clinical significance in patients,who with clinical benefit and progressive disease.Results:After 2 cycles chemotherapy,fibrinogen and D-Dimer in patients were lower than before chemotherapy in patients with clinical benefit and had the statistically significants(P<0.05).There had no statistically significants in patients with progress disease(P>0.05).Platelet had no change in patients with clinical benefit and progress disease.Conclusion:After chemotherapy,fibrinogen and D-Dimer in patients with advanced lung cancer who obtined clinical benefit was decreased.It was possible to reduce the occurrence of thrombotic events.
