腹腔镜手术与经腹手术治疗子宫内膜癌的疗效比较

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜癌的疗效及对患者免疫功能的影响.方法 随机选取收治的子宫内膜癌患者114例作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组行经腹手术治疗,治疗结束后对患者的临床效果、术中以及术后情况和并发症情况等进行比较和分析.结果 治疗前两组患者淋巴结个数无显著差异,无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组患者手术时间和术中出血量与对照组相比较明显较少,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后对照组患者的体温恢复时间、膀胱功能恢复时间、排气时间以及住院时间4项指标均优于观察组,组间差异具有统计学的意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组盆腔感染例数、深静脉血栓例数以及并发症合计数,与对照组比较明显较少,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组并发症发生例数比较没有显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 单人两孔腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜癌具有安全性高、并发症少、术后恢复快等特点,值得推广.

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery and Abdominal Surgery in the Treatment of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma and its effect on the immune function of the patients.Methods 114 cases of endometrial cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group were treated with laparoscopy surgery,and the control group received abdominal surgery,after the treatment,clinical effect,operation and postoperative complications were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the number of different groups of patients before treatment of lymph node,there had no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05);to observe the operation time and bleeding volume in group were significantly less compared with the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the control group of patients with bladder function recovery time of body temperature,recovery time,exhaust time and hospitalization time and 4 indexes of patients in the observation group were significantly higher after treatment,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the total number of cases,the number of cases of deep venous thrombosis and complications in the observation group after treatment of pelvic infection,compared with the control group was significantly less.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);complications between the 2 groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The single two hole laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometrial cancer has high safety,less complications,fast postoperative recovery and so on,it is worthy of promoting.
