缺锌对大鼠睾丸功能的影响及其实验性治疗研究

利用缺锌大鼠模型，研究缺锌对睾丸功能的影响，并观察不同剂量硫酸锌的治疗价值。结果：缺锌组大鼠血浆及器官锌含量显著降低，体重、血浆蛋白含量、精子计数、血浆及睾丸酮水平、睾丸ＲＮＡ和蛋白质含量等均显著低于自由摄食组和对饲组。给予缺锌大鼠补充硫酸锌４周，剂量为０．１５ｍｇ／ｋｇ时睾丸功能未见恢复，３．７５ｍｇ／ｋｇ时显示一定疗效，７．５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ则能有效提高缺锌大鼠锌储备和改善睾丸功能。提示缺锌损害睾丸功能，及时适量补锌则可使其恢复。

Effects of Zinc deficiency on the testicular function of rats and experimental treatment with zinc sulfate

Effects of zinc deficiency (ZD)on the testicular function were investigated in ZD rats,and therapeutic effects of zinc sulfate on ZD rats were observed.The findings were as follows:1.The zinc contents in plasma and organs of ZD rats which had been fed zinc deficient diet for 5 weeks decreased significantly.2.The body weight,plasma protein concentration,spermatozoon count,levels of testosteone in plasma and testis,and contents of RNA and protein in testis were lower than those of ad libium or pair fed groups.3.There was no therapeutic effect on ZD rats treated with zinc sulfate at 0.15 mg/kg for 4 weeks,there were somewhat effects at 3.75 mg/kg.Zinc sulfate at 7.50 mg/kg could effectively increase the zinc reserve and improve the testicular function of ZD rats.The results suggested that zinc deficiency severely injure the testicular function of rat ,adequate zinc supplement could recover its function.
