| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较吡柔比星和阿霉素的临床心脏毒性。方法 :采用临床体检和心电图记录的方法 ,观察分别用含吡柔比星和含阿霉素方案化疗的 86例肿瘤病人的心脏毒性的发生率。结果 :无论是累积剂量小于 45 0mg组还是大于或等于 45 0mg组中 ,采用含阿霉素方案化疗的病人的心脏毒性的发生 |

| Abstract: | Objectives: To compare the cardiotoxicity of pirarubicin with that of adriamycin. Methods: Cardiotoxic actions were evaluated with physical examination and electrocardiographic parameters in 86 patients with cancer after chemotherapy with THP combination or ADM combination. Results: Cardiotoxicity occurred more frequently in the patients treated with combination containing ADM than those treated with combination containing THP. Conclusion: THP has less cardiotoxicity than ADM. |
