原发性结外恶性淋巴瘤的诊治策略

The Strategy of Diagnosis and Treatment for Primary Extrandoal Lymphoma

Objective: To explore the strategy of diagnosis and treatment for primary extranodal lymphoma. Methods: 92 cases of PENL of 232 cases of lymphoma from Apr 1990 to Apr 2000 were reviewed, which were diagnosed by pathological examination. Results: The distribution of PENL was extensive and its symptoms were various. The rate of mis-diagnosis was as high as 85.87%. The most frequent location of extranodal lymphoma was gastrointestinal tract, followed in order by nose, pharynx, eye socket, tonsil, spleen, bones, liver, pancreas, kidney, lung, and bladder. Conclusion: In addition to biopsy, the operation is also important for diagnosis of PENL that should be performed as early as possible. The treatment strategy should include surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.
