| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前路减压融合术治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫的·临床效果。方法1993年6月至2006年6月本院共收治了陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫患者20例，对20例患者行前路减压椎体间植骨融合内固定术，术后随访6～38个月，平均19．3个月。结果本组患者全部获得随访，神经功能恢复满意率为83．3％，按Frankel分级有1～3级改善，平均改善1．8级。结论对于脊髓前方有明显压迫物存在的陈旧性胸腰椎骨折伴截瘫的患者行前路减压融合术其截瘫恢复率高。 |
