| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了层粘连蛋白（ＦＮ）和纤粘连蛋白（ＬＮ）对两株细胞休外粘附的影响,以及与其转移能力的相关性,结果显示ＬＮ和ＦＮ对高转移的Ｆ细胞的附壁及淋巴结组织的粘附均有促进作用,而低转移和Ｐ细胞ＦＮ对基初期（３小时）附壁和淋巴结组织的占附有一定影响,提示瘤细胸质膜受体蛋白的表达与其转移能力密切相关。

| Abstract: | The effects of laminin & fibronectin on the in vitro experimental adhesion of two cell subines of mouse hepatocarcinoma,F cell with high metastatic capacity & P cell with low metastasis have been investigated.The results suggest that the effects of laminin & fibronectin the adhesions in the two sublines are significantly different. To the F cells, laminin & fibronectin promote the adhesion to dishes with coated ECM & the fresh cryostat sections of mouse lymph node. However,to the P cells there is a slight increased adhesion by fibronectin in the early stage(3 hours)only. The results suggest that the expresion in the plasma receptor protein is closely related to the metastatic capacity of tumor cells. |
