| 摘 要： | 作者行胸腔内食管与胃工空肠一层吻合６４例，并与双层吻合进行比较，结果显示：一层吻合桩我吻合口瘘及严重狭窄发生。该法具有吻合部位血运好，并发症少，切除相对彻底，手术时间短，操作简单，安全可靠等优点。 |

| Abstract: | This paper presents 64 cases esophagogastostomy and esophagojejunostomywith singly-layer anastomosis in thoracic cavity and compares with double-layer anastomtic.The clinical findings indicate that anastomoticleak and anastomotic stenosis have not been found in the group of single-layer anastomosis. This method shows:(1) better blood circulationon the region of anastomosis.(2) lower postoperative complications.(3)resecting more esophagus.(4) simple and reliable. |
