The mode of ability promotion and current situation of capacity building on community clinical pharmacist in Shanghai

The article summarized the ability promotion mode and current situation of capacity building from a pharmacy administration perspective,in order to provide thoughts for further optimizing the capacity building mode of primary clinical pharmacist.The idea of improving the professional ability of community clinical pharmacists in Shanghai was mainly carried out from two aspects of specialized training and pair assistance.At present,the number and quality of community clinical pharmacists and their professional ability have been significantly improved and promoted,and the characteristic pharmaceutical alliance and family pharmacist service have been gradually formed.However,the development of community clinical pharmacists is still faced with the problems and challenges of insufficient service provision,as well as poor support environment,professional promotion and incentive mechanism.The next step is to optimize the ability improvement of community clinical pharmacists from the aspects of knowledge and ability structure,policy environment,team cooperation and information support.
