Analysis of effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction and patients'satisfaction

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction and patients'satisfaction.Methods A total of 58 stroke patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets.The satisfaction rate,therapeutic effect and neurological score were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than 65.52%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.55%of the observation group was higher than 68.97%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological score(52.38±1.65)points of the observation group was lower than(61.58±1.78)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsule+atorvastatin calcium tablets can improve the therapeutic effect and nerve function of patients with cerebral infarction,and the patient satisfaction is high,which is worthy of promotion and application.
