| 摘 要： | 本文对６１９例（男３４８、女２７１）外形正常汉族胎儿新鲜尸体进行了解剖学观察。发现内脏５个系统有先天畸形胎儿５５例，单发畸形３７例，伴有多发畸形１８例，计２１种，８１例次先天畸形中，最多的先天畸形前５位者为房间隔缺损、副脾、小肠缩窄、结肠的窄、肠憩室。对以上数值均经过相应的统计学处理，并对其结果进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | fresh Chinese foetuses in formal shape have been observed.The resultsindicated 55 cases of foetal visceral congenital malformations(21kinds,81 cases)were found in the five systems of viscus.The proportion of atrial septal defect,spleneolus, intestinal stenosis,colonic stenosis,Meckels'diverticulum is higher in these kinds of malformation,that of atrical septal is the highest on the whole.There are 37 cases of monomalformation,18 cases of poly-malformation.These data have been dealt and the conclusions drawing from them have been discussed. |
