| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨睑袋整复术的简便而有效的手术方法。方法:对83例睑袋患者进行双层眼轮匝肌瓣及眶隔固定的睑袋整复手术。结果:所有患者均没有出现眼睑外翻等并发症,睑袋消失,眶区年轻化。结论:采用双层眼轮匝肌瓣及眶隔固定的睑袋整复手术修复,方法可靠,患者满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the simply and effective procedure to improve the lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods 83 cases were treated with double layers of orbicularis oculi muscle and fascioderis of orbital septum,the period of follow-up were ranged from Oct 2002 to Jan 2006. Results All pations were satisfied with the cosmetic result and orbital septum rejuvenation without complication such as octropion. Conclusion This method can achieve good results and patient satisfaction in correcting the baggy deformity. |
