| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨剖宫产术后再次妊娠适宜的分娩方式。方法：回顾性分析125例剖宫产后再次妊娠患者的临床资料。结果：本组剖宫产后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇125例选择剖宫产75例,阴道试产50例,阴道试产率为40.0%,试产成功率为80.0%。结论：对剖宫产后子宫再次妊娠孕妇应严格进行详细的上次剖宫产病史资料收集,进行全面的评估,正确选择分娩方式。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the cesarean section delivery mode.Methods：Retrospective analysis of 125 cases of pregnancy after cesarean section clinical data.Results：The uterine scar after cesarean section again,125 cases of pregnant women chose cesarean section 75 cases,50 cases of trial of labor,trial of labor rate of 40.0%,80.0% success rate pilot.Conclusion：Pregnant again uterus of pregnant women after cesarean section should be strictly a detailed history of previous cesarean section data collection,conduct a comprehensive assessment,correct choice of delivery. |
