| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法对重度颅脑损伤患者血液流变学指标的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法将72例重度颅脑损伤患者随机分为两组,对照组应用西医常规治疗,针刺组在此基础上加用醒脑开窍针刺法;检测两组治疗前后血液流变学指标,并对其进行比较。结果针刺组治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞变形指数的改善均优于对照组。结论醒脑开窍针刺法能有效改善重度颅脑损伤患者血液流变学指标。 |
