妇宁洗剂的药效学实验研究

目的：观察妇宁洗剂的抗菌、消炎、止痒作用。方法：采用琼脂平板扩散法和试管法、二甲苯致小鼠耳缘肿胀法与角叉菜致大鼠足肿胀法及磷酸组织胺致痒法,观察妇宁洗剂体外抗菌作用以及对动物的肿胀、炎症的影响程度。结果：妇宁洗剂能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、消化道链球菌、变形杆菌、淋病双球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念球菌;对二甲苯致小鼠耳缘肿胀,角叉菜致大鼠足肿胀均具明显抑制作用;能显著提高磷酸组织胺所致豚鼠致痒反应的止痒阈。结论：妇宁洗剂具有一定的抗菌、消炎、止痒作用。

Experimental study on pharmacodynamics of Fu'ning Lotion

Objective：To observe the function of Fu＇ning Lotion in charge of the antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effect. Methods：Used agar plate and tube diffusion method,xylene in mice ear swelling method with carrageen and phosphoric acid in rats induced by foot swelling method of histamine-induced itch. Observation of Fu＇ning Lotion in vitro and on animal degree of swelling and inflammation effects. Results：Fu＇ning Lotion inhibition of staphylococcus aureus and digestive tract of streptococcus proteus,neisseria diplococcus gonorrhoea,escherichia coli,enterococcus white study; p-xylene in mice ear swelling and carrageen rats induced by foot swelling with obvious effect; it can remarkably improve the effect of phosphate of histamine in guinea pigs induced by itching.
