乳腺纤维腺瘤的X线诊断 (附50例报告)

目的：为进一步提高乳腺纤维腺瘤的X线诊断水平。材料与方法：总结分析了经手术病理证实的50例乳腺纤维腺瘤的X线表现。结果：X线平片示33个病灶边界清楚锐利,13个边界部分清晰,4个边界不清;所有病灶均为中等密度,5个显示有钙化;病灶形态为圆形、类圆形占78%（39/50）,分叶状占18%（9/50）,不规则形占4%（2/50）。结论：X线征象结合临床病史和体征,能提高乳腺纤维腺瘤诊断的准确性。

X-ray Diagnosis of Fibroadenoma (A Report of 50 Cases)

Purpose:To improve radialogic diagnostic rate of fibroadenoma.Materials and Methods:To analyse retrospectively the X-ray findings of 50 cases with fibroadenoma.Results:The border of the mass was well-defined in 33 masses,partly well-outlined in 13 and ill-defined in 4;The lesions appeared moderate dense and there were calcifications in 5;The shape of the mass appeared round or oval (39/50),lobular (9/50) and irregular (2/50).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of fibroadenoma can be improved the conbination of X-ray signs and clinical information.
