2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素水平与胰岛素抵抗的关系

目的:探讨血清瘦素水平与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗(IR)之间的关系。方法:应用放射免疫分析法测定120例2型糖尿病患者、82例正常对照组的空腹血清瘦素、胰岛素(FINS)水平,并计算胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)。结果:2型糖尿病患者瘦素水平较正常对照组明显升高,IAI较正常对照组明显降低。相关及回归分析表明:糖尿病组瘦素与IAI呈负相关,与体重指数(BMI)、FINS、甘油三酯、胆固醇呈正相关,瘦素在逐步回归分析中最后进入方程。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素水平与IR、脂代谢之间有密切的关系。

Study on the relationship between insulin resistance and leptin in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

Objective: To investigate serum leptin level and its relationship with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods: Serum leptin and FINS were measured by radioimmunoassay in 120 type 2 DM patients and 82 healthy control subjects. Meantime, the insulin sensitivity index (IAI) was calculated. Results: Serum leptin was significantly higher and IAI was significantly lower than in normal control subjects. Correlation analysis indicated that leptin was negatively correlated to IAI, but it was positively correlated with BMI, FINS, Trigly ceride, Cholesterol. Stepwise regression analysis showed that leptin entered the regression equation in the final phase. Conclusion: Leptin is highly correlated to insulin resistance and fat metabolism.
