糖尿病患者血脂检验临床价值研究

目的分析糖尿病患者血脂异常原因,为临床治疗糖尿病血脂异常提供依据。方法取40例糖尿病患者作为实验组,40例血糖正常人作为对照组,取两组早晨空腹血(血清),测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果实验组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C分别为(5.37±1.13)mmol/L、(2.81±1.19)mmol/L、(1.39±0.61)mmol/L、(3.83±1.11)mmol/L,对照组分别为(4.10±0.75)mmol/L、(1.62±0.72)mmol/L、(1.48±0.83)mmol/L、(2.72±0.92)mmol/L。结论糖尿病患者血脂含量明显升高,其中TC、TG、LDL升高明显。提示糖尿病患者在控制血糖的同时,应进行相应的降脂治疗。

The analysis on the significance of blood lipids test for the diabetic patients

Objective To analyze the cause of diabetic dyslipidemia,and to provide a basis of abnormal blood lipids for the clinical treatment of diabetes.Methods 40 diabetic patients were test group and 40 normal people were control group.Testing the two groups of total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,high density lipoprotein（HDL）,and low density lipoprotein（LDL） in morning.Results The TC,TG,HDL and LDL of the test group were（5.37±1.13）mmol/L,（2.81±1.19）mmol/L,（1.39±0.61）mmol/L and（3.83±1.11）mmol/L.The TC,TG,HDL and LDL of the control group were（4.10±0.75）mmol/L,（1.62±0.72）mmol/L,（1.48±0.83）mmol/L and（2.72±0.92）mmol/L.Conclusions The blood lipids level is higher in diabetic patients than in nomal,especially TC,TG,LDL.So the diabetic patients are given lipid-lowering therapy,while controlling the blood sugar.
