| 摘 要： | 目的:研究联勤后合编医疗单位双向互动管理模式的综合效益。方法:利用TOPSIS法分别对医院、疗养院2005—2007年的综合效益情况进行评价。结果:医院、疗养院3年来的综合效益均逐年提高。结论:医院与疗养院合编单位构建和实践双向互动模式,能够有效推进医院和疗养院合编单位的建设发展。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: Study the comprehensive effectiveness of the mutual flow mode of the combined medical organization.Method: Taking use of TOPSIS to evaluate the comprehensive effectiveness of hospital and sanitarium respectively from 2005 to 2007.Result: The comprehensive effectiveness o of hospital and sanitarium in last 3 year increased year by year.Conclusion: The mutual flow which is built and fulfilled by the combined organization that consists of hospital and sanitarium can press the organization developed efficiently. |
