| 摘 要： | 本文报告经动物实验研究的一种用针穿刺套线结扎输精管的新技术,20只狗一年半的动物实验结果显示,此法切实可行,并较其他输精管结扎法更简单、安全,组织损伤更轻,其输精管闭合率为97.37%,为临床试用奠定了基础。 |

| Abstract: | A new technique of the vasoligation without incision has been devised. The procedure was carried out by piercing through the scrotum with a threaded sewing machine needle (14 G) . The ligature looped around the vas within the scrotum by moving the needle back and forth with the help of an injection needle (8 G). The ligation was finally made after the ras had been seized and crushed from the outside with a crushing clamp. The above procedure was carried out in 20 dogs in a period of 1.5 years and the rate of occlusion of the vas was 1)7.37%. As compared with other vasoligation methods, this technique is claimed to be much simpler,safer and less traumatic, and considered feasible in male sterilization.The succes of the animal experiment would be the cornerstone for clinical trial in the near future |
